Basic function

1. Simulate the standard output signals of various sensors such as strain weighing, pressure, torque, etc.

2. The output signal range can be set, and the factory setting is 0 ~ 3MV / v.

3. The output step can be set, and the factory setting is 0.1mv/v for each stage.

4. The output increases and decreases step by step according to the set step.

5. You can use the keyboard to set the output of the simulator.

6. The upper computer can control the output of the simulator through RS-232 communication port.

7. Measure the ambient temperature.

8. Measure the excitation voltage of the instrument under test.

9. The zero point and full scale output can be corrected, and the nonlinearity can be reduced step by step.

10. The user program is programmed by keyboard.

11. The user program is programmed by the upper computer and downloaded through the serial port.

12. Execute the user program, change the output according to the program instructions, and simulate the working process of the automatic weighing instrument. During the execution of the program, the keyboard or di port can be used as the switch input.
